normandie

Have taken a couple of days off to see my cousin, who lives in Normandy. We're staying in a lovely b&b in quiet countryside. The only sounds I can hear right now are geese honking and the high-pitched call of the swallows as they swoop past the window. We drove to Rouen for lunch and I took a picture of the rather splendid clock.

This is the view from my window

Kim, it was lovely. Would definitely recommend. Will send you the link if you're interested. It was a fair drive from Rouen - about 55 miles - but closer to very pretty towns like Trouville & Honfleur.

Wow, that looks like a great location. You'll have to give me the info on that B&B!
